Since Sisi came to power，the counter-terrorism and de-extremism policies have been strengthened in the face of the increasingly serious situation of counter-terrorism in Egypt，which include taking military action，highlighting counter-terrorism trials，promoting relevant legislation，strengthening international counter-terrorism cooperation，as well as advocating religious reform. These policies have improved day by day the counter-terrorism situation in Egypt.
