In 2017，when China’s economy grew steadily and entered the expansion phase of a new round of economic cycles，the complete wave-trough economic cycle between 2002 and 2016 has ended. In 2018，the Chinese economy should adopt more proactive fiscal and monetary policies. Through the expansion of countercyclical demand management，China should further promote economic recovery and normalize its overall economic performance，and try its best to respond to the high savings in China’s economic development-high investment-High growth model in order to restart China’s rapid economic catching up process.
