Ever since the Syrian government forces reversed the situation in 2017，Syrian reconstruction has been put into the agenda. Although the situation in Syria has not been stable，the reconstruction process in Syrian military forces area has restarted. Belt and Road initiative is an important channel for China and Middle East cooperation，China and Syria ties witness important breakthrough under the Belt and Road Initiative. China would become one of the drives of Syrian economic reconstruction，but Syria faces both opportunities and obstacles. How to evaluate and decrease the risk should be an important topic for China’s involvement in Syria economic reconstructions.
